Join our Sculpt classes on a Thursday from 16:15 - 17:05.

Our Sculpt classes blend dynamic yoga-inspired movement with targeted strength work, using light weights and resistance bands for a full-body sculpt. Led by Katey, these sessions are fun, supportive, and energising. Her thoughtfully layered classes offer options for all strength levels, so you can work at your own pace while still feeling challenged. Expect strong, sweaty movement balanced with a sense of ease — leaving you feeling capable, uplifted, and quietly energised.All props/weights are provided.

You can join us on a drop-in basis, or just once a week just for Sculpt, or even better include Sculpt classes in your favourite class package. The February series will run for 4 weeks from 2nd to 28th Feb 2026. Book by selecting your preferred package below:

Unlimited: R3360/month → R140 per class (based on ~24 classes/month)
