Studio Schedule

View our class schedule below.

In-studio classes are structured in a monthly 'series' or package.

Pick a date and time that suits you, and join once a week for the series.  A double pass allows you two in studio classes a week.

 

All students who sign up for the series will also receive 90 minutes of online pre-recorded classes each week, to support your practice at home or if you skip a studio class. This is included in the fee.

Alternatively, join us on a drop-in (single class) basis.

Note that this option excludes the supporting online classes.

Prenatal Yoga is taught by Katey Kerr-Peterson - a pre and postnatal yoga specialist. Join our group of like-minded expecting moms. Classes are safe for all 3 trimesters.

16:00 - Pre-natal (Katey Kerr-Peterson)
17:30 - Vinyasa (Michelle Van Straaten)

Fri:
09:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)

Sun:
09:00 - Yoga in the Park (Caitlin Hird)

PLEASE NOTE:

The Nov/Dec series will run for 6 weeks, from 30 Oct - 9 Dec 2023. Choose your preferred time and join us for the full series or just come as you can on a drop-in basis. 

DECEMBER HOLIDAY: The studio will be closed from 11 December, and will re-open again on 15 January 2024.
