Studio Schedule

View our class schedule below.

In-studio classes are structured in a monthly 'series' or package.

Pick a date and time that suits you, and join once a week for the series.  A double pass allows you two in studio classes a week (or 1 in studio and 1 park class per week).​ Alternatively, join us on a drop-in (single class) basis.

Prenatal Yoga is taught by Katey Kerr-Peterson - a pre and postnatal yoga specialist. Join our group of like-minded expecting moms. Classes are safe for all 3 trimesters.

Wed:
08:00 - Vinyasa (Tegan Burger)
16:00 - Vinyasa (Helien Gous)
17:30 - Vinyasa (Kirsty Cocolas)

Thurs:
08:30 - Vinyasa (Katey Kerr-Peterson)
16:00 - Pre-natal (Katey Kerr-Peterson)
17:30 - Vinyasa (Michelle Van Straaten)

Fri:
09:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)

Sun:
09:00 - Yoga in the Park

PLEASE NOTE:

The June series will run for 4 weeks, from 3rd to 30th June 2024. Choose your preferred time and join us for the full series or just come as you can on a drop-in basis.
