In-studio classes are structured into a monthly 'series' or package.
Pick a date and time that suits you and commit for the month, or just join as you can on a drop-in basis.
We have discounted class packages for those wanting to join several classes (can include both yoga and pilates) per week.
Our studio has closed for the holidays. We can't wait to welcome you back in the new year, studio re-opens on 12th January 2026.

09:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
Sun:
09:00 - Yoga in the Park (Caitlin Hird)
