Studio Schedule

View our AUTUMN/WINTER schedule below. 

In-studio classes are structured into a monthly 'series' or package.

Pick a date and time that suits you and commit for the month, or just join as you can on a drop-in basis.

 

We have discounted class packages for those wanting to join several classes each week (your preferred package can include Yoga, Pilates, Fit Flow AND now Slow Flow / Restorative Yoga). We can't wait to welcome you in studio soon.

 

Mon:
08:30 - Pilates (Meg Ruck)
 

Tues:
08:30 - Fit Flow (Caitlin Hird)
16:30 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)

Wed:
08:30 - Vinyasa 
(Tegan Burger)

Thurs:
08:30 - Vinyasa 
(Caitlin Hird)
16:00 - Slow Flow / Pre-natal (Katey Kerr-Peterson)

Fri:
09:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)

Sat:
09:00 - Vinyasa (6th & 20th only) (Abedah Musengi)

Sun:
09:00 - Yoga in the Park (Caitlin/Abedah)

PLEASE NOTE:

The JUNE series will run for 4 weeks from Mon 1st to Sunday 28th June, 2026. Please note there will be no classes on Mon 15th and Tues 16th June. Should this coincide with your favourite class please feel free to catch it up in any other class during the month (including Saturday and Sunday classes).
