In-studio classes are structured into a monthly 'series' or package.
Pick a date and time that suits you and commit for the month, or just join as you can on a drop-in basis.
We have discounted class packages for those wanting to join several classes (can include both yoga and pilates) per week.

Thurs:
08:30 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
16:00 - Pre-natal (Katey Kerr-Peterson)
17:30 - Vinyasa (Michelle Van Straaten)
Fri:
09:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
Sat:
08:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
Sun:
09:00 - Yoga in the Park (Caitlin Hird)

The September series will run for 5 weeks, from 1st September to 4th October. Book any of the monthly packages and you'll get the 5th week on us!
