Studio Schedule

In-studio classes are structured in a monthly 'series' or package.

Pick a date and time that suits you, and join as a drop-in (single class) or once/twice a week for the series. 

You also have the option to combine Pilates & Yoga for the twice-a-week package as well.

16:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
17:30 - Vinyasa (Kelly Roberts)

Wed:
08:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
16:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
17:30 - Vinyasa (Kirsty Cocolas)

Thurs:
08:30 - Vinyasa (Tegan Burger)
16:00 - Pre-natal (Katey Kerr-Peterson)
17:30 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)

Fri:
09:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)

Sun:
09:00 - Yoga in the Park

PLEASE NOTE:

The May series will run for 4 weeks, from 5th to 31st May 2025.
