In-studio classes are structured into a monthly 'series' or package.
Pick a date and time that suits you and commit for the month, or just join as you can on a drop-in basis.
We have discounted class packages for those wanting to join several classes each week (your preferred package can include Yoga, Pilates, Fit Flow AND now Slow Flow / Restorative Yoga). We can't wait to welcome you in studio soon.
Mon:
08:30 - Pilates (Meg Ruck). No class on Mon 29th July
Tues:
08:30 - Fit Flow (Caitlin Hird)
16:30 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
Wed:
08:30 - Vinyasa (Tegan Burger)
Thurs:
08:30 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
16:00 - Slow Flow / Pre-natal (Katey Kerr-Peterson)
Fri:
09:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
Sun:
09:00 - Yoga in the Park (Caitlin/Abedah)
PLEASE NOTE:
The JULY series will run for 6 weeks from 29th June to 8th August 2026. Please note there will be no Pilates class on Mon 29th June. Should this coincide with your favourite class please feel free to catch it up in any other class during the month (includes Sunday park classes).
