The April series will run for 5 weeks from Mon 30 March to Sun 3 May, but package prices remain as usual for a 4 week month. This means you'll get 1 WEEK FOR FREE.
Please note the following schedule adjustments have been made to enjoy the April/May public holidays. Should any of these coincide with your chosen class time please feel free to schedule your catch up class for another class. This can be done via email/whatsap.
Mon 30 March : Pilates at 16h30 instead of 08h30
Thur 2 April : No Sculpt (08h30 Yoga as usual)
Fri 3 April : No classes
Mon 6 April : No classes
Mon 27 April : No classes
Fri 1 May : No classes
In-studio classes are structured into a monthly 'series' or package.
Pick a date and time that suits you and commit for the month, or just join as you can on a drop-in basis.
We have discounted class packages for those wanting to join several classes each week (your preferred package can include Yoga, Pilates, Fit Flow AND now Sculpt). We can't wait to welcome you in studio soon.

16:30 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
Wed:
08:30 - Vinyasa (Tegan Burger)
17:30 - Vinyasa (Kirsty Cocolas)
Thurs:
08:30 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
16:15 - Sculpt (Katey Kerr-Peterson)
Fri:
09:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
Sat:
09:00 - Vinyasa (14th & 28th only) (Abedah Musengi)
Sun:
09:00 - Yoga in the Park (Caitlin Hird)
