Studio Schedule

View our AUTUMN/WINTER schedule below. 

In-studio classes are structured into a monthly 'series' or package.

Pick a date and time that suits you and commit for the month, or just join as you can on a drop-in basis.

 

We have discounted class packages for those wanting to join several classes each week (your preferred package can include Yoga, Pilates, Fit Flow AND now Slow Flow / Restorative Yoga). We can't wait to welcome you in studio soon.

 

Mon:
08:30 - Pilates (Meg Ruck)
 

Tues:
08:30 - Fit Flow (Caitlin Hird)
16:30 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)

Wed:
08:30 - Vinyasa 
(Tegan Burger)

Thurs:
08:30 - Vinyasa 
(Caitlin Hird)
16:00 - Slow Flow / Pre-natal (Katey Kerr-Peterson)

Fri:
09:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)

Sat:
09:00 - Vinyasa (14th & 28th only) (Abedah Musengi)

Sun:
09:00 - Yoga in the Park (Caitlin/Abedah)

PLEASE NOTE:

The MAY series will run for 4 weeks from Mon 4th to Sunday 31st May, 2026.
