We have some exciting new additions to the schedule this summer! View our class schedule below.
In-studio classes are structured in a monthly 'series' or package.
Pick a date and time that suits you, and join as a drop-in (single class) or once/twice a week for the series.
You also have the option to combine Pilates & Yoga for the twice-a-week package as well.

Fri:
09:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
Sun:
09:00 - Yoga in the Park
