SUMMER Studio Schedule

In-studio classes are structured into a monthly 'series' or package.

Pick a date and time that suits you and commit for the month, or just join as you can on a drop-in basis.

 

We have discounted class packages for those wanting to join several classes (your preferred package can include Yoga, Pilates, Fit Flow AND now Sculpt).

Our studio re-opens on 12th January 2026 and we can’t wait to meet you on your mat.

16:30 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)

Wed:
08:00 - Vinyasa 
(Tegan Burger)
17:30 - Vinyasa (Kirsty Cocolas)

Thurs:
08:30 - Vinyasa 
(Caitlin Hird)
16:15 - Sculpt (Katey Kerr-Peterson)

Fri:
09:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)

Sat:
09:00 - Vinyasa (17th & 31st only) (Abedah Musengi)

Sun:
09:00 - Yoga in the Park (Caitlin Hird)

The January series will run for 3 weeks from 12th to 31st January 2026.
