Studio Schedule

We have some exciting new additions to the schedule this spring!

In-studio classes are structured in a monthly 'series' or package.

Pick a date and time that suits you, and join as a drop-in (single class) or once/twice a week for the series. 

You also have the option to combine Pilates & Yoga for the twice-a-week package as well.​​​

Thurs:
08:30 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
16:00 - Pre-natal (Katey Kerr-Peterson)
17:30 - Vinyasa (Michelle Van Straaten)

Fri:
09:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)

Sun:
09:00 - Yoga in the Park
