In-studio classes are structured into a monthly 'series' or package.
Pick a date and time that suits you and commit for the month, or just join as you can on a drop-in basis.
We have discounted class packages for those wanting to join several classes each week (your preferred package can include Yoga, Pilates, Fit Flow AND now Sculpt). We can't wait to welcome you in studio soon.

16:30 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
Wed:
08:30 - Vinyasa (Tegan Burger)
17:30 - Vinyasa (Kirsty Cocolas)
Thurs:
08:30 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
16:15 - Sculpt (Katey Kerr-Peterson)
Fri:
09:00 - Vinyasa (Caitlin Hird)
Sat:
09:00 - Vinyasa (14th & 28th only) (Abedah Musengi)
Sun:
09:00 - Yoga in the Park (Caitlin Hird)
