Vinyasa Yoga

Join us for our Vinyasa Yoga classes throughout the week.

Vinyasa yoga is a fluid, breath-led practice where movement and breath are woven together in a continuous flow. Classes move through creative sequences of postures, linking strength, mobility, and flexibility with mindful awareness.

Expect a balance of strong, steady movement and spacious moments to pause, feel, and reconnect. Each class offers an opportunity to build heat, explore transitions, and soften into stillness — creating a practice that feels both energising and grounding.

Our Vinyasa classes are taught by a team of experienced teachers, each bringing their own soulful style, intention, and rhythm to the practice. 

You can join on a drop-in basis, attend once a week, or even better include Vinyasa Yoga as part of your preferred class package. Book by selecting your preferred package below.


The July series will run for 6 weeks from 29th June to 8th August 2026. Please note there will be no Pilates class on Monday 29th June. Should this coincide with your booking please feel free to catch it up in any other class during the month. 

Below class packages are based on a 6 week series (29th June to 8th August). 
Drop-in: R240 per class
1x per week: R1200/month → R200 per class
2x per week: R2160/month → R180 per class
3x per week: R2880/month → R160 per class
Unlimited: R5040/month → R140 per class (based on ~36 classes over 6 weeks)
