Prenatal Yoga
Join Katey for our Prenatal classes on a Thursday from 16:00 - 17:00.

Select the monthly package to join 1 class a week in studio, for the duration of the series, OR you can attend on a drop-in basis. This is a great option if you are new and would like to see if the classes are right for you, or if you are nearing your due date.

Katey is a yogi-mama herself and is passionate about bringing together a community of like-minded expecting mums.​
Our classes will help you:
- Prepare your mind and body for the transformational journey of pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood
- Develop breath and mindfulness skills
- Strengthen and support your pregnant body
- Ease common pregnancy symptoms​
