Slow Flow / Pre-natal
Join our Slow Flow / Pre-natal classes on a Thursday from 16:00 - 17:00
A slower, more supportive practice designed to meet you exactly where you are. This class blends gentle movement, breathwork and restorative postures to help you reconnect, release tension and restore balance.
Suitable for all levels — including pre- and post-natal, beginners, those returning to their mats after a break, or anyone seeking a softer, more mindful flow.
Our Slow Flow / Pre-natal classes are led by Katey, a dedicated yogi and Mum of two, whose warm and nurturing presence creates a space where you feel truly seen and supported. With experience across a range of class styles — from pre-natal through to Sculpt — Katey brings a thoughtful, inclusive approach to every session.
You can join us on a drop-in or weekly basis, or include these slower classes as part of your favourite monthly package. Book by selecting your preferred package below:
The June series will run for 4 weeks from Mon 1st to Sun 28th June, 2026. Please note there will be no classes on Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th June. Should this coincide with your favourite class please feel free to catch it up in any other class during the month.
